New Employee Checklist — Computer Access

  • Novell Account
    • SSTS Supported Users: Fill out their online form.
    • KU Memorial Unions Users: Email Estella McCollum with employee's KU Online ID and first day of employment.
    • Department of Student Housing Users: Email Wade Morrow with employee's KU Online ID and first day of employment.
    • Counseling & Psychological Services, Testing Services, and Student Health Services Users: Email lsshelp@ku.edu with employee's KU Online ID and first day of employment.
  • Outlook Email Account
    • Individual account: Fill out their online form.
    • Departmental accounts: Ask the owner of the departmental account within your department to grant you access if needed.
    • Permissions and Delegate Access: Ask the owners of calendars to which you need access for permission if needed.
    • Distribution Lists: Contact the administrators of distribution lists to which you need access.
  • ARTS (Academic Requirements Tracking System)
