SSTS uses a four or five digit Item Tracking Number (ITN) for our records.
You can find it written in black marker on the top or side of your CPU.

Your monitor has a seperate ITN from your CPU. It is written on the side or
back of the monitor. If you cannot find the ITN, enter 0000 for that field and we will
help you when we attend to your ticket.
